Return and Refund Policy
At Tarrique & Mitoire, we want every order to feel thoughtful, premium, and carefully handled. If there is an issue with your order, please contact us at tarriqueandmitoire@gmail.com and include your order number.
Return Window
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.
To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, undamaged, and in its original packaging with all tags and accessories included.
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and product protection reasons, we cannot accept returns for:
- Items that have been worn, washed, used, damaged, altered, or stained
- Items without original packaging, tags, or accessories
- Final sale items
- Gift cards
- Personal care, intimate, or hygiene-sensitive products, where applicable
Damaged, Defective, or Wrong Items
Please inspect your order as soon as it arrives. If your item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Clear photos or video of the issue
- A short description of the problem
If the issue is approved, we will offer a suitable solution such as a replacement, store credit, or refund, depending on the situation.
Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged, defective, or incorrect.
Please do not send any item back without contacting us first. Returns sent without approval may not be accepted.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you whether the refund is approved.
If approved, the refund will be processed to your original payment method. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.
Order Cancellations
Orders can only be cancelled before they are processed or fulfilled. Once an order has been processed, shipped, or submitted to our fulfillment partner, we may not be able to cancel it.
